To join 785 Med Spa’s Membership Program, please complete our membership agreement in-office. All packages require a 3-month contract at the time of purchase. Payments are withdrawn on the 1st or the 15th of every month. Members may cancel after their first 3 months. To cancel, members must submit a written notice 30 days before the next billing cycle.

Referral Program

Refer family and friends and get rewarded! If you refer a family member or friend and they spend $400 or more on 785 Med Spa services, you both will receive $50 OFF your next treatment.
